1. Acceptance of Terms

You may deposit funds into your ph361 account using the payment methods available on the Platform, including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer, and other approved methods. All deposits are subject to verification and may be delayed or rejected if we suspect fraudulent activity. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the Platform.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your account are legally obtained and belong to you. ph361 reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified, including identity verification and proof of payment method ownership.
• You must meet any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions.
• Withdrawals are processed using the same payment method used for deposits, unless otherwise approved by ph361.

ph361 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. ph361 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank, payment provider, or other financial institution.

ph361's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account at the time of the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ph361 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Platform.
• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

12. Termination

ph361 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents.
• Inactivity for an extended period.

Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked, and any remaining account balance may be forfeited if termination is due to a violation of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and the language of arbitration shall be English.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
